What does it actually take to be reborn? Not just as a footballer. As a person.
PROJECT REBORN is a documentary series following one man's pursuit of something bigger than a career –
the ongoing, unfiltered documentation of what happens when you refuse to settle, when the path changes beneath your feet, and when you choose to keep going anyway.
Football is the vehicle. The pursuit is the point.
This isn't a highlights reel. There are no clean arcs or tidy conclusions. What you'll find here is the real texture of chasing something that matters. The weeks where everything clicks, and the weeks where nothing does. The moments of clarity and the longer stretches of doubt. The training sessions, the decisions, the identity questions that don't have easy answers.
Every episode captures something true from that process. What it costs to rebuild. What it feels like to change direction without knowing where you're heading. What happens to a person when the dream evolves – and they choose to evolve with it.
If you're chasing something yourself – a football dream, a new chapter, a version of yourself you haven't become yet – this series was made for you.
Not because I have the answers. But because watching someone navigate the uncertainty honestly might be more useful than any advice ever could be.
The Story
It started in late 2023 with a simple question: what if I dedicated everything to rebuilding myself from scratch?
I had spent two seasons as a professional footballer, which was something I had chased for fifteen years.
And yet somewhere in those two seasons, something shifted. The motivation faded. The joy got harder to find.
I started asking a question I hadn't prepared for: what comes next?
The answer was PROJECT REBORN. A decision to step away from the structure of team football, train entirely on my own terms, push my limits in every direction – and document every single step on camera.
For the first few months the progress was real and the energy was electric. But in early 2024 I made the decision to rejoin my club for a third season, trying to combine team football with the project. The balance never worked. Team football took over, the videos stopped, and the original PROJECT REBORN quietly faded away.
But the question never did.
On January 1st 2025 I relaunched. And this time, something was fundamentally different. I haven't played team football since November 2024. The pro comeback that once drove everything is no longer the goal – not because I gave up, but because the journey itself changed what I want.
PROJECT REBORN has become something I didn't plan for: a genuine transformation of identity.
What started as a football project has turned into the documentation of building an entirely new version of myself – as an athlete, as a creator, and as a person figuring out what it means to keep dreaming when the original dream has evolved into something bigger.
I'm building CinemaFootball – the home of football dreams. I'm pursuing running and new athletic goals.
I still train football, still love it, still use it as a tool for storytelling and for helping others.
But the lens has widened and the the pursuit is no longer just about football.
It never really was.
Why Watch
If you're chasing something – a football dream, a new chapter, a version of yourself you haven't become yet, PROJECT REBORN is for you.
Not because I have all the answers. I don't. This series isn't a highlight reel of breakthroughs and victories.
It's the honest, unfiltered documentation of what it actually looks like to navigate uncertainty – to lose the thread, find it again, change direction, doubt yourself, and keep going anyway.
Every episode captures something real from that process. What I'm learning. What I'm experiencing. What I'm building. And in sharing it honestly, my hope is that something in it helps you chase whatever you're chasing – with more clarity, more courage, and more belief that the pursuit itself is worth it.
Because I believe everyone deserves to chase their dream. In their own way. On their own terms.
That's what PROJECT REBORN is about. And it's still being written.
